I got a call from an indian man asking me if my computer had problems and i turned it on. I had heard on a radio program last might about problems with a virius with mac's so i though this might be related. They then took over my computer with all kinds of screens showing all the damage i had. I had my own virius protection and was not having any problems. I lost my desktop as he continued to take over my screen and went through a whole scan and list of my programs. I asked him if it would cost money and he said it was free. Latter he told me there were various prices for 3 months to a year. I told him i lived in a managed care home and only get social security and could not pay $169.00 for one month. He worked it out that i pay $69.00 from my debit card for 3 sessions.By that time i knew it was a scam but he told me there was no refund allowed. I was on the phone for two hours. What a scam. This was on 5/29 in the afternoon
