I gave the name and address looking for a persons phone number. The first one was my fault I put the wrong middle name. I then rentered the right name of the person I was searching for and again they gave the same wrong person's information and charged me for it. It amounts to $2.00 but the thing that makes me mad is they made the secound charge and still sent the wrong information. I better not be charged for their idenitiy thing because I refused it both times, if I am charged I will file a fraud charge againnst them. I don't mind paying for the services I request but if I do a job and and don't do it right I either have to fix the problem are make a refund for not doing the job right.
