They deducted money from my account without prior authorization. I sent them an email advising of this and received the generic response that I had authorized the automatic deduction every 3 months. Which of course is not true for at the time I chose the "one time" payment option for being financially restricted last year when I did sign up. Also if this was true, why has there been no deduction before this point. It's not logical. I have sent them an email demanding my $ back to cancel my account immediately. Not holding my breath for either. I am also checking into a class action lawsuit, either starting one or seeing if any exist. I advise everyone to do the same.
