This guy is SCAM. Do not buy anything. If you need his bank details at HSBC in Hong Kong I got them because we shall be able to track him down.
The website is now down - does not exist any more and most likely he re-creates it all over again under different name.
I think someone mentioned citizenship certificate but he may have faked everything.
