I perused the Nuveryn website and but couldn't order online. I mailed them and they suggested I use the link in the mail, as they have been having problems with customer's trying to order online.
I stupidly followed the link and placed an order giving my credit card details. I received a email confirming my order.
Only when I received a text message from my bank did I realise that this was a scam. My order was for a total of R1,007 (South African Rands), but the R8,492 was debited to my credit card - thats about the equivalent of $1,000.00.
