We have joined a MLM Adult turnkey business and had spent alot of time and money, on this business. As well as spending long hours learning & promoting the pleasure builder website in regards to getting the pleasure builder company a respected amount of sign ups. We were with this company http://www.pleasurebuilder.com for a few months and had achieved a payout, our renewal date for the website was on the 5the of every month, I had received an email from a lady named Debbie from atmvirtual.com and she had stated that our payout check had been sent out on the 6 th of May. We waited a week and still no check in the mail, so it is now May, 27th and a few days ago I had sent administration an email asking where our check is? This company lacks to reply back to emails when you need help or have some interesting questions to inquire about... They had replied that because we did not renew on the 5th of may our commissions have been forfeited. Why would we be told on the 7th of May that our check was and has been sent out on the 6th of May, We believe we are very much entitled to this payout.
Can someone please help us out with this situation? This just shows how unprofessional & Greedy this company really can be. Not very customer service oriented that is for sure.
