Their is a site from Britian called free lotto where i sighned up. List my lotto numers every day on there site.
My numbers came up for a win on 23 May of $1million dollas Batch No: 074/05/ZY369/14/0017/Ipd &ref No EGS/2551256003/02 also said see Batch No: FR/45-300-12 and another Ref: FR/45-210-12 for my winning numbers =01-14-20-35-37-43 and win ref TSN#3647171521which clearly showed up on their site as a win under the $1million Jackpot Then free lotto sent me email to say I must give my details and passport photo to them to receive the win. Which i did. AMr Fred davis at email [email protected] in England replied to me, saying now I must register with Non - Resident department and pay 200/PONDS to them to enable my payout win also says this is since 1999, their was no mention of this when i signed up/as well as I was supposed to receive a Few $1.00 wins put back into my card account or posted as a check which never happened since the beginning.
I looked up the web and it states only purchases of goods requires non resident registration not lotto wins.

Hope you can list this to prevent other people fall9ing into the same trap
