Ordered the free trial - was assured this was NOT an auto ship plan. After only one week they shipped another order at full price. Tried calling the number on my credit card statement - went into "hold" message and stayed there. I had mt phone on speaker and let it run for over an hour. They never answered the phone. I will now dispute it with my credit card company - but this is a total scam, and false advertising.
