I ordered the DermaPure and the Kollagen Intensiv. Then I get a phone call from this so called "Discount shopping dollars" and they told me they would send me a $100.00 and a $50.00 reward cards that I can use for gas and food.
I have gone to this website (www.dollarstretch.com) where I should be able to login with the codes on the promo-cards they sent me.
I went there, and there is no way to "Enter my promo-card" they have a phone number to call and when I did they told me to go to 1800-219-CHAT which I did thinking I would be able to talk to someone that could help me.
What did I get to my SURPRISE but a young lady telling me she is now 18 and ready for you know what!!!
I hung up and now there is no way of getting what they promised me.
I want to try the products but if this is what they put us through, even if I like the products I will not buy more and I will tell my friends at church and all my other friends and family members not to order these products for I feel mislead and cheated.
