Years ago I applied the credit card thru their official website. Each dollar I spent I would get 1 point. Lately I was going to redeem the points into products, they said their program has changed and my 18036 points only worth 0.25% each dollar spent = $45. There is no notice or anything. They promoted their cash back program on "online shopping" thru their website, not on credit card. Their official website still promoting redeeming free products. I confirmed with them why i cannot redeem products, they said I can redeem the products using my Cash Back money. I said that is misleading, after i spent that much money using the credit card but I am not able to claim a bottle of OPC3 after all!
I asked them why my points are not showing. They said I have to call the credit card company. The credit card company said they are not responsible for the reward redeeming. Til now, I haven't gotten a penny or any products!
