I was trying to get an online loan i filled out the paperwork when i was scrolling down i noticed that it said something about a membership fee so i declined and did not finish filling it out the same day a man called me and asked me if i wanted it and i said no he then stated i would not be charged but i still declined and they charged me anyway now i am short on my bills because they stole my money
