I had the same experience as everyone else.
I orders 2 pair of shoes. Neve saw the shoes, but got a shower cap from China.
I submited a claim to PayPal and got an automated response stating that the claim was found in my favor but I have to ship my item back to the vendor with a tracking number. I called PayPal, explained the situation and they immediately refunded my money. I was surprised to be honest. I was prepared to an unpleasant conversation. They were very gracious and apologetic. I got an email confirming the refund withing 2 minutes.
I would suggest calling paypal. Not taking the automated response at face value. I am glad I got my money back. Not sure however that I will use paypal again. Will definitely not ever buy something off a site that only has Paypal as a payment option. It was a red flag that I ignored because I really wanted a pair of shoes.
