I signed up to get money supposely from the canadian government. I tried to log in on the site they said but all i get is congradulations you've won. There are 3 things 1. Wal-mart 2. I-pad and the 3rd i forget. Anyways i can not download this kit. This is fraud as far as i am concerned. This should be illegal to do. I have never done anything like this before and shall not do anything like this again. I am not a happpy camper. I realize it is only $2.97 so far hat is not the point. This shopuld not be allowed.
