First i answer the phone and at first no one was on the line and after about 15-20sec. Then that's when a women came on the phone and asked me 10 questions about me and family, then once that was done. Then she got put on hold for about 45sec then they process to ask me my name first and last and also what zip code i lived, that's when the women said someone well contact me in 48 or 72 hours and hung up the phone.
