Filled out the form for a trial size on the Internet for $1.99. Called company to say that I did not want ANY auto ship but would order when I wanted to. Not acceptable, so told them to cancel my participation. Got another shipment for $84.90 plus a charge for the original "sample" at $79.95. When I called, they said that the $1.99 was only the shipping charges on the sample. Deceptive advertising and a SCAM! I supposedly got a ret. Merch. # which will refund my second charge after I return the product. Product is pretty good, but the business practices are unacceptable.
