I fell victim to false advertising. I believed that when I ordered the "trial Product for $2.95", that was the only charge I would receive. I received the product, along with an introductory letter stating I would be charged monthly if I did not cancel within the introductory period. I called to cancel and was told they would extend my introductory period another two weeks and if I cancelled within that time, I would not receive any further charges. Upon calling a second time to cancel, I was told I would be billed the full amount of $98 (and some odd cents) After arguing with the Customer Service Supervisor, I was billed $29.41 for my trial of the product.
