Well it looks like her criminal antics finally caught up with recently FIRED Housing Authority Human Resources Director Patrice McConnell. She cleaned out her desk on Friday - never to return! As we reported several years ago, Patrice has a
history of hiring her friends and relatives to positions within HACLA while more qualified applicants are rejected. We also reported that Patrice personally BANNED Internal Control from investigating her or her cohorts and Rudy Montiel let her get away with it. It looks like our new director Drunk Doug Guthrie finally got sick and tired of all the FELONS Patrice was hiring and ordered an investigation. The investigation unearthed a mountain of scandalous dirt. Patrice was caught faking Livescan reports which hid her friends and family members FELONY CONVICTIONS! She also faked civil service
tests so her friends and family could be put on the top of the civil service list for hire.
