I contracted to have my interest rates on my credit cards lowered and paid $450 to do so. After a while, my account was turned over to Laura. I can't even reach anyone at this time. I've tried several different times during the day and no one answeres now. Since I have read other complaints on this company, I will be reporting them to my bank to see what they can do about getting my money back. I am sooooo sick of these companies getting away with these scams. We all have to put an end to it now by following through and nailing them.
