Back in January I received a phone call from a company who claimed they could reduce my interest rate on my credit card. I received a package from them and filled out the information. I was in contact with a person named Freddy Mireles, my financial "guru" who was supposed to be my go to guy. He did help me reduce my rate down a bit, but not what he said he could. He said he would get me down to 0% for 5 years, the lowest he got me was 6%. I have been calling him for over two weeks with no response to messages left. Now there is no longer an answering machine that picks up, it just rings and rings then hangs up. I am pissed about the $500 dollars I spent thinking they could actually help. What a joke. Never again. Avoid any company that claims to be able to reduce your interest rate because it is probably them under a different name.
