I ordered a trial sample with Free shipping. I received my sample and 14 days later they billed my account. I have been trying to call to cancel and the phone system is not working. I also tried the www.csticket.com that was provided for customer support and it does not work either. Help if you know how to get this canceled.
I would like my money back but from the problems I have experienced, that will not happem. Never again.
