Ordered Pandora Bracelet and charms for mother’s day gift, items were very poor quality and the pictures on the web-site did not match the items I received. Emailed for 3 days for shipping address, reported to VISA and USPS for fraud gave them the claim numbers in a really nasty email and finally the gave me the shipping address. We will see what happens. Good Luck!
