I was contacted by them and promised they would do a forensic audit of my mortgage contract with HSBC (Beneficial). If there was a problem, it would most likely be a reduction in my principle owed. Since then I have paid them $2,750.00 which is a lot of money for me as I have been out of work for 3 1/2 years. I'm sure my age is against me. I am 87 years old and still sharp enough to hold down a job. I love to work. I HAVE to work. Social Security isn't enough to live on when you have a lot of medical bills.
Since all this, I can't contact them, not phone, e-mail, fax or mail. No answer. What did they do for my money - NOTHING.
