FCF - Stages of Beauty - False Advertising for $79.70 on 05/07
Over four weeks ago, I went online and saw an advertisement for Stages of Beauty face cream. The ad offered a free sample, and stated the only charge would be $4.99 for shipping. The cream arrived as promised, but when I checked my bank balance on 5/7, I noticed the $79.70 charge. I called them and they issued an RMA for the return of the product. My complaint is that they are quick to take funds from your account after they get the credit card info. And are slow to process the refund.
