Yet another pleased SUPPOSED customer! A company I had never heard of, spoken with or done anything with online, directly. I am going to guess this is yet another GROUP that takes info online and then directs it to a company. I too was charged this fee and will demand a refund. Won't deal with any of these businesses that won't communicate with you directly before affecting your livelyhood. When researching the company it does state this is a set-up fee but I never set anything up with them.
