San Diego Home owners do not respond to any mailings you receive from "San Diego County Property Tax Exemption" This comes in the mail and looks like it is from the County Tax office. Look carefully. The San Diego Seal on the paper shows a bear image. This is not the City of San Diego seal. Also in the letter labeled "Fact" sheet there is an abreviation "N.D.F. A" which stands for No Darn Fooling Around. No official city mailings would use these terms. This company wants your $25 to file a FREE form for you. They also want your SSN and signature. DO NOT respond. I hope this helps and you were able to read it before throwing away your money and giving out your personal information to a stranger.
