I moved several times& but did not receive notices for at least 3 out of the 6 Tickets that were posted to my account. She sited the reason for me not receiving a mail announcement as being the fact that I moved, but did not give them a forwarding address... When in fact& she had an accurrate record of each place that I have lived— within the past 9 years, since moving to the San Diego area.
There was No Notice& or Mailing Announcement that announced that they were going to Tow My Car for Non-Payment of the tickets. I just walked out of my home— to find my car— "missing".
The Towing Company is C and D Towing & at 619-234-1942
The San Diego ticket Agency— is "The Collections Department" for the City Treasurer.in regards to Traffic Tickets.
They are found at 1010 2nd Ave. On the 6th Floor, Downtown San Diego
