I ordered a Montelbello Canada Goose coat for my daughter-in-law on this date. A Chilliwack jacket arrived on April 20. It was the wrong size as well as the wrong jacket, plus it was $70.00 cheaper than the original order which was now already paid for on my credit card. Despite numerous e-mails to wedopay.net & [email protected] I am unable to get this matter resolved. Wedopay.net is the complaint and payment agent, but they keep giving me the run around. They say the supplier has e-mailed me, but no such e-mail has arrived. I contacted them on April 20 the day that the wrong order arrived and I have been trying to resolve this with them ever since to no avail. The supplier will not correspond at all and will not provide the necessary shipping instructions required to return this item for exchange. Wedopay.net keeps saying they are a third party and will help to resolve this issue, but it has become a continuous merry - go-round with no results. I have kept a copy of all the correspondence to date, including the one this morning. I have e-mailed the supplier's customer service as well, but that route ends up with wedopay.net as well. I am now of the opinion that I have been scammed and I do not know where to go or what to do to get this satisfactorily resolved. The bottom line is I am out $289.00 because I have the wrong jacket and to top it all of I ordered a ladies size large and they send a Mens XXL.
