Suspend account without send any message

I wrote many times Etsy, what violation did you talking about, but now three days not any email send this company seriously

Worst customer services,

Since we have more then 26000 sale, and also 15500 feedback, but they treat like a fool.

We lose each day thousand dollar for our sale, also we lose our customer credit.

Why they no send any message about regarding the account. We hard to manage my business and Etsy ruin this, this is very terrible our business.

Please help to our site.
