I bought a collection of Perry Mason DVDs. Not all the DVDs play. All of the episodes are bad copies of video tapes made from taping TV shows. Sometimes the commercials are left in fully. Sometimes the commercials are spliced out - almost. Sometimes they fast forward through the commercials and then back up again because they went too far and skipped over some of the show. Mostly they get hung up, when they play at all. This is the worst purchase I've made in many years. I tried to contact the company by email and by phone - no luck. There is no mailing address to return this crap. I am one frustrated person!
