Welcome! This is your first paid campaign review assignment with MediaPost.

Our company provides valuable research to advertisers by employing people like you to do anonymous call center quality audits and consumer reviews —in order to critique their marketing campaigns and and gather performance reports on their call center personnel. Below are the details on everything you need to know to get started right away.

As you will see, each campaign you’ll review has a specific set of instructions that you must read before proceeding through the link to the campaigns web page. Complete the REVIEW FORM—the editable PDF that came attached to the email you got from us, and turn it in by email. Each completed set of campaigns such as this one pays $250

Pay goes out weekly on FRIDAY via check or PayPal, $250 per completed assignment turned in before THURSDAY. If you choose to be paid through PayPal, you will see deposits every Friday by 5pm sharp. If you choose check by mail, you should get your check by Wednesday.

After this assignment, you may request up to 5 more at a time per week

You may do one a week for extra cash—or all 5 and make $1250/week. We are flexible and work with your schedule.

You may do one a week for extra cash—or all 5 and make $1250/week. The quickest way is to go through ALL the links, and submit your info for all of them in one go. You may begin receiving calls as soon as a few moments after you submit, so be prepared. Make sure you fully understand the instructions, and you may want to have paper and pen handy.

A typical assignment, like this one, consists of you requesting info from 3 different companies—taking customer service calls from each of them—then writing 3 short reviews of the quality of the assistance you received from on the telephone in a followup call, and the advertising campaign as whole (Website, Clarity, Ease of Submission, etc…)

You will follow 3 simple steps to complete these anonymous call center quality assurance audits—

1. SUBMIT—for information

2. SPEAK—to the follow-up call center

3. CRITIQUE—their performance & the advertising campaign.

This takes less than 3 hours to complete. If it takes any longer than that, you are probably over-editing. We prefer short, honest reviews. Each need only be but a few sentences. Your unedited, first impression is what they want.

All contact info submitted for each campaign must be valid

This job requires that you take phone calls from call centers. Obviously you need to enter a real phone number so that you can take these calls. Submitting invalid info— including name, phone number, email & mailing address—will only waste your time. Our tracking software will show when you’ve completed the campaigns properly, or if your contact info was rejected as bogus—in which case you will not be paid. I repeat—if when submitting info as per directed, if you enter invalid info, you will not be paid. Obviously, you will not be able to take the phone calls that are required of you to complete the assignment if you do not enter your phone number correctly. And this includes typos, so be careful, and double-check before submitting. Please do not think that we are fooled by fake reviews.

Yes, you must speak with telemarketers—For those wondering what’s “the catch”. Don’t worry, it can actually be fun this way. You must understand that this job requires following specific directions and taking phone calls.

If you are uncomfortable at all with giving out your telephone number, then unfortunately you will not be able to take this job, and therefore should not continue further.

If you are uncomfortable with taking phone calls and performing the customer service quality audits on the telephone exactly as directed, please continue your job search, as this position is not right for you. If you are ready to make money on a weekly basis doing these call center audits and writing reviews, continue…

All calls must remain 100% anonymous

Your employment with us is to remain confidential throughout the completion of this, and each future assignment. The company or call centers are never to be informed that you you are are reviewing them. You are to follow instructions for each campaign and not “break character” at any point. Anonymity as a marketing associate performing a quality assurance audit is crucial. Your role is much like that of a secret shopper—playing the part that is required of you, and maintaining the appearance of an interested potential customer at all times.

Most call centers have a series of basic questions that they will ask first. Let them do most of the talking. Ask them any relevant questions you can think of, using at least one of the questions we provided. After speaking with them for a bit, excuse yourself politely. Take their name and number and request that they email you information.

Explain that you don’t wish to take any more of their time—as you will not be making a final purchasing decision today—and that emailing you any info they have that might help you in making your decision would do just fine for now

Important — how to get off the phone:

Remember, these people who will be calling you are trained salesmen, and if they are doing their job, they can make it seem difficult to get off the phone with them. Keep in mind that you don’t need their permission to end the call. After you have spent 10 minutes or so on the phone with them, have asked the appropriate questions, and feel like the conversation has run its course, you are well within your right to simply say “Thank you for your help” and hang up the phone.

You don’t need to wait for them to ‘let you go’—if you stay on the phone with them, they will want to schedule further calls and so on. Simply say;

“Than won’t be necessary, I really want you to just email me any information you can” — and hang up the phone.

If someone does call you back, you can say that you have already decided on a different school or someone else’s services. You do not owe any one any further explanation. If they are skilled at their job, they are likely to have a comeback for anything you could possibly say. Just get off the phone. And finally, if for any reason someone is particularly aggressive, say;

“Please put me on your Do-Not-Call List”. If you ask to be put on their do-not-call list, they must do so.

These links below are only available until 11 pm wednesday may 9th.

Due to advertising caps, quotas, and deadlines, this assignment is time sensitive—the links below are only good for the next 48 hours. We must work around our clients schedule, so we must ask that you work with ours. This is a job that you can do from home, and work at your own pace, but you will be expected to turn in all your assignments on time.

Turn completed reviews in by 11 PM THURSDAY MAY 10th to be paid this FRIDAY.

This assignment includes requesting information from 2 different schools / 2 different degree programs. Make sure to keep track of the 2 schools that you submitted for, and the degree program corresponding with each. When taking the calls, especially from UNIVERSITIES, you will first speak with an operator who verifies that you requested information from that particular school. First you must verify that it was you who is interested in the school, that you came to their website from an email, and indeed wish to speak to someone about higher education. This operator will then transfer you to a representative from the school, whom you are to critique the performance of for your review.

If you haven’t already, DOWNLOAD THE REVIEW FORM PDF AND KEEP IT ON YOUR DESKTOP - You will be using it now and for all future assignments.
