In "Campaigns to Review", you will find 10 campaigns that you are to review. Work your way through each of these, and take calls from their respective call centers.
Pay attention to what you like and dislike about their ad campaigns, as well as the service you got on the phone.
There are fields for you to fill out who you spoke with and what your overall impression was of them.
In "Review Form" you will find an editable PDF.
Fill this out after the calls with your candid opinions.
On the second page of "Review Form", enter your name and how you would like us to pay you.
Payment goes out on Fridays for all Reviews that were turned in before the end of the previous week.

Advertisers NEED unbiased consumer reviews & quality assurance auditing to make their marketing efforts more profitable. They spend thousands of dollars on this kind of research to avoid losing millions on weak campaigns.

We go right to the source, getting honest anonymous reviews so that they can improve on what they are doing right, and fix what they are doing wrong.
But effective advertising is less than half the battle. They also need to make sure that their follow up procedures are as effective as possible.
(That is the "catch" if you were wondering... You do have to talk to telemarketers... But don't worry, we can make this fun for you.)
It is crucial that their call center staff are well trained to answer questions and connect with the needs of each prospective customer. A well prepared and properly trained service representative should be able to clearly explain exactly what they are offering and why you should choose them over everyone else.

They should be convincing and sound confident about their brand. Persuasive, but not pushy. Ask yourself - Is this someone who knows what they are talking about, or are they simply reading off a vague or uninspiring sales pitch?
For this assignment, you are to go through each of these campaigns, submitting to request info as a very interested potential customer. Then speak with the customer service representative who calls you and ask them questions to assess and report on their performance in short consumer reviews.
All contact info must be valid.
You will have to bend certain truths in order to do a proper audit, but obviously since you need to speak with them, all contact info submitted needs to be correct. It is advised to use a spare email address for this. All companies that we do business with have strict privacy policies, and all forms are 100% secure. You will never have to enter any credit card information at any point in these assignments.

This is an anonymous audit. It is important to keep the appearance of an interested potential customer at all times. The call center personnel know that they are occasionally audited, but are never to know when. Let them do most of the talking, and excuse yourself politely as possible after speaking with them for a bit and hearing what they have to present. You should take their number and say that you are simply looking around and will not be making a purchasing decision today. They will not call you back. Your reviews should be brief and candid.in fact, we prefer only 1 or 2 sentences that state your first impression and how you would rate their customer service. Your initial gut reaction is likely to be more telling than a detailed and edited report anyway - and that is really more valuable. Writing all 10 reviews should take no longer than 30 minutes total. If it takes longer, you are probably over-editing. Read all instructions for each campaign. On each page you will find a MOTIVE that describes what your situation is. Underneath the box there are special instructions to ensure that you get to speak with someone. And under that you will see suggested questions to ask they call If you do not receive a phone call within 48 hours, just note that in your review and turn it in to be paid in full for the completion. Our tracking software will show when you completed the campaigns, so that will not harm you at all. A standard call center quality auditing assignment is 10 campaigns, which you should be able to complete in about 2.5 hours. Simply fill out the REVIEW FORM and send it in. The quickest way to get the most finished and make the most money is to run through all submits in one sitting, keep a phone and a notepad nearby, and jot down initial thoughts as you are on the phone with them or shortly after.
