A man called my cell phone from U.S. Financial Resources and told me that I was eligible for a U.S. Federal grant. He gave me a password and user name to access the website. He also gave me his name and an 800 customer service number as well as a confirmation number. The charge was for 3.87 and 19.95. When I tried to access their website, I was informed that there was something suspicious about the validity of the site so I didn't enter.
