I ordered 2 dresses to wear for my sons wedding.
One was a "Calvin Kline" dress. (exactly as I'd seen it
on Nordstroms web site..) Tbdress sent me a "knock off".
The dress I received was hideous. Not at all like the picture.
And insult to injury. That dress arrived with an OIL STAIN ON
THE FRONT OF THE DRESS. The second dress I ordered,
arrived in a PURPLE COLOR. I had placed the order for
a "gold". Dress,! ~ as they gave me an option to order it in
any color I chose from their color chart. Not only was the dress the
horrible purple color, it was made poorly, and was heavy like
a quilt. Unwearable. When I contacted them
regarding these useless and pricy dresses. They refused to
acknowledge their "error".. ~! LET THE BUYER BEWARE ~
Had I been smart, I would have investigated tbdress before I ordered from
them. The company is in china. And has many, many complaints
filed against them on line. I am hopeful I will get a refund from PayPal.
However... It is a long drawn out process. And a miserable thing to
go thru. I hope this complaint will be helpful to stop
every one from ordering from tbdress. Be smarter than i was. Don't order from
them. You will lose your hard earned $.: (
