Everyone is so quick to bash a buisness when something goes wrong. If you search for reviews on firestone there are a few really bad ones out there but if you compare the amount of bad reviews to how many vehicles they work on in just ONE day at ONE store (50 - 100) its really not that bad. I am a master tech at a Firestone in V.A. And have worked at several other shops and I can tell you there are MUCH worse shops out there. Keep that in mind when you read bad reviews about ANY buisness. People are so quick to spread bad news but not nearley as fast spreading good news
