I had a replacement boiler fitted by British Gas on April 11th I was very impressed by the whole process. From the salesman through to the fitters and aftercare we have received, I cannot praise British Gas highly enough. Yes, we could have got the job done cheaper, but my motto is "you get what you pay for". The fitters were very professional, cheerful and helpful, talking us through the entire job, answering all our questions and comissioning the new boiler as well as balancing the whole central heating system. As a bonus, we don't have to pay a penny for 12 months, aren't finance companies great if you don't take any finance!!!
