O2, Inc and Vale United Inc are SCAMS! Do not do any business with these businesses. They are both owned and operated by Jeremy Jai (Jay) Howard and Elizabeth Yates (Howard). They have another individual working with them named Beau Walker. They will try to "hire" you and then charge you $77.32 for the background check and then you will have to pay to be a "member" of their company to "sponsor" other people and that's how you are suppose to make money. They say that they offer fire safety products, but they do NOT. You never get your products and when asked about it, you get told that they were shipped to the wrong place, or they will be here in a week, or anything like that just to get you to stop asking questions. And then, if you get to asking too many questions, they stop returning your calls, emails, and texts.
I started asking questions because all they wanted us to do was "sponsor" people and now they won't even call me back. We were all "hired" to work with O2 Inc and then Jeremy Jay Howard said that he bought out this area and that we were now working for Vale United, Inc. We were told that we couldn't get our $150 deposit back because there was no such thing as O2 here anymore. He blamed it on the board of directors. When I did research O2 only has one owner and that is Jeremy Jay Howard. Elizabeth Yates is from Angier, NC and supposedly started with O2 like 2 years ago. Beau Walker supposedly started less than a year ago. None of their business names come up or the websites, so they have been part of this with Jeremy Jay Howard.
One other company in NC started by Jeremy Jay Howard has a complaint with BBB that the customer never got their product and that they business wouldn't call them back. Also, Jeremy Jay Howard has been investigated by the Attorney General and Fox News station. He was interviewed in Charlotte, NC and about a week after the news broadcast aired, he decided to "buy out" this area from O2. The O2 website (www.o2inc.Biz (com) (org) has been shut down. Vale United, Inc is still up and running at www.valeunitedinc.com It has horrible grammatical errors all through it and the products do not exist. You will NEVER get your product. They are over pricing everything. All Vale United wants is for you to "sponsor" people and make them pay $299 to join. They promise crazy income. One lady in the group sold over $2000 in retail and has never gotten her commission and i has been almost 2 months. Nobody has gotten any of the product they ordered. When you email Jeremy Jay Howard at [email protected] he respond that it's not his problem.
This needs to stop. They are preying on the people who really need jobs and are desperate. These people have been doing this all over NC and Virginia.
