ESP chat sold me something completely different what what I got. I can't even get into a group chat room and to add insult to injury they have ignored emails sent to customer services and the phone has never been answered by a human voice.
They claim to offer a full refund but if you can't get a response then how are you going to get a refund?
This seems to be a scam.
