Network Market Solutions
Consumer Report

I was called by a company posing as the the United Merchant Services who offered me a deal to sign up as being a merchant for credit card processing. I obliged and paid $295 for it as well as was offered my own coach to help me out. The coach called me two days later from a company called Network Market Solutions and his name was David Hamilton. When I talked with his secretary later on the line, she referred to him as David Weis. Anyway, the guy talked to me for two hours telling me how he has leads on tons of companies and they more or less telemarket large multi-million dollar companies and get them to sign up for their credit card processing, which in turn would be referred back to me and I would receive commission. It sounded great, he was a marine and talked about his past experiences and stuff and really began to feel trust for what was happening. Nonetheless, they tried to convince me to pay them 5,000 for these leads on the companies, the same leads that they will telemarket for me and try to get to sign. I was almost ready to do it, but then I did some quick research on the companies.

I visited the United Merchants website and on the front page there is a large disclaimer warning the public that there is a fraudulent company related to working at home seekers that is posing as them. This started me down on a spiral of further investigation. The address Network Market Solutions gave me was 1928 East Highland Ave, F104-541 Phoenix, AZ 85016. When I did a search on the address, another company named Net Success LLC came up. When I spoke with David on the matter, he began to get so entangled in his own lies first claiming that he gave me the wrong address after admittedly sharing his awareness of Net Success. I brought up the fraudulent United Merchant Services thing as well as asked for his company profile on a registered state site. He continued to get flustered and frustrated and eventually ended up just hanging up the phone on me in desperation of the situation.in all, I didn't get the money scammed from me because I was smart enough to research a little, but know that if you are going through the same situation, they will take your money and run.

Good luck
