One and half month ago at 23-03, I made the payment 140 USD by bank transfer from BNP Paribas Fortis-Belgium to DHgate Bank account / HEGUANG INTERNATIONAL LIMITED SHA NGHAI / and up to this date 03-4, I have no any information, whether they received payment or not!?
I sent them many mail messages and my Bank did also that contacting their bank official but without any response from the DHgate Bank and himself DHgate too.
So I have no a product which I ordered and I have no my money too.
