I applied for a loan for $1500. The Rep (who can hardly can speak english) told me than I was approved. So I gave him my info and did what they asked me to. The web site they gave me does not work (wtf). I had also called back to see if the customer service number worked and it was the same person. I had to call my bank and now have to cancel my account and reopen a new one. No one that is trying to get some help should have to go through this.
