Direct tv took 84.12 out of my checking account without my authorization. I have time warner cable for my cable services, have been with them all my life. I have tried to talk to someone and I get the runaround I have to wait 7 to 10 days to speak to someone. Are they for real!!! I have faxed them everyday, left my phone number and havn't heard from anyone. What horrible customer service.
