After reporting the 31.96 taken from my checking account this morning I visited the website and found an email address. I emailed about the charge and received an email back (yes same day!) from Samantha who sent a copy of their application where it discusses the $31.96. I emailed her back and told her I never filled out an application with their company and wanted my money refunded unless she could show me proof that I had signed something. She replied that it will be refunded but would take 7-10 days. We shall see!
