I signed up for a free trial of Beri Ultimate Pro, a slimming product, in late January. It was recommended to take a colonic cleanser at the same time, on a similar offer. I paid £8.05 to try these two products. Apparently an abuse in the small print means that if you don't send the products back you are charged a 'full price' which was £71.12 and £69.95 – I had no idea. The companies then continue to charge you monthly. I am really short of money at the moment and haven't been using my credit card, so I haven't been checking the statements. I was shocked to notice today that the two companies have charged me £500 between them in 4 months. The BioUK direct debit is now showing as Totalgivitamins. I just called their BioUK number, given by someone else on here, and got an out of hours message (at 12 noon on a Monday). (Inappropriate Content Removed).inSTforHealth have a refund system and I am returning their unopened products in return for a refund. Fingers crossed.
