I too contracted with this company to help reduce my interest rates on my credit cards. I can't believe how stupid I was with this transaction. I did however contact my credit card company this morning and was told they are going to dispute the charges and cancell the current card and send me a new one so they will no longer be able to charge anything again on the card. I will also not be held responsible for this charge at all. The credit card company will take them to court themselfs in order to collect the charges back. The credit card company told me that they have had thousands of complaints against this company so please. Do not do business with these people as they are scam artists that will make you feel like they will solve all your problems and will be there as a financial advisor for the rest of your life. None of them are accredited to do any type of financial advise at all. I thank God my credit card company was on my side. What a nightmare this could have been. Remember. If someone calls you... Do not give them any information at all period!
