Slide came off my PT 22 Pistol serial Y119356 before I ever fired it. Taurus authorized a return via FedEx and confirmed getting it on 2/15. On March 7, they shipped me a pair of pearl grips. I cannot get them to respond to telephone, fax, or email about my belief that a mistake was made because I did not order any grips and my pistol has not been returned although they indicate repairs were completed weeks ago. I guess they just do not want to admit a mistake. I will appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thanks, Bill Lilly
