I think that I actually headed this charge off and I wanted to pass on my experience to others. I bought a health report and there was a supposedly free subscription. I opted out but a couple weeks later I received an email that I was going to be charged. I answered the email but got no response. Today I received an email that my copy of Health Radar had been mailed. On the bottom was a phone number 800 485-4350 which I called. The service rep was quite nice and told me that she would cancel the subscription and that I would not be charged. So far, nothing has been charged to my account.
