I was checking our internet banking and found a $30.00 debit from our account. I contacted the bank they gave me a number to try for a refund. When I tried the number and it was not a working number and I found another number and tried it and it don't work either. We are on a fixed income and that put us in an hardship. This is a charge I did not authorize.
