I visited this shop to buy some fundamental requirements, on 4/26 at roughly 2pm. Upon entry I discover many asian workers performing only speaking with one another, while you will find 2 long-lines in the registers. I expected for help to find a torch and was informed with a hardly english-speaking asian that it had been "Over There" as she directed in a broad path of the rear of the shop. She didn't offer an department quantity or anymore particular places, she was more worried about interacting in spanish with other workers. After looking the rear for all moments I'd to request another worker who had been good enough to create towards the department where these were. No-where close to the "Over There" path that I had been formerly provided. After I experimented with buy my products the two long-lines in the register were actually longer, 1 asian cashier was kidding around with another mexican another was simply standing there aparently awaiting some administration kind. More asian employees standing around interacting with one another and overlooking the clients who have been attempting to buy and obtain from the shop in a reasonable fashion. After 10 minutes awaiting ANYBODY within the shop to complete anything to obtain the outlines shifting, I quit the things I had been likely to purchase and went out. Goal Holyoke has better workers anyways.
