I was on line searching for information on loans and never gave permission to charge my account for any thing. The next thing I get an alert saying that a $99.49 charge was taken from my account. I have called their customer support several times and left messages but no one ever answers or return my phone calls. I think there has to be something done that can be done to keep organizations like this from scamming persons for their money
