This company mis-sold their product, claiming they would give us a 15 year guarantee. They were very keen to do the work immediately after the salesman's visit. I was concerned but it seemed legitimate with a loacl address etc. So we went ahead and they did the work all in one day, they said at first it would take 3. They were very keen to get their hands on the cash, but worked seemed o.K.
However, we are now unable to contact them at all, it's always an answering machine and they never return calls. They have never sent the warranty and have not retuned to remove their board.
